Advantages: Comfy and attaches to many prams

My Maxi cosi seat has now been a car seat for three children and as a first car seat i wouldn't have any other. I have encountered lots of mums, particulary new ones who complain about theirs either being too clumpy or hard to fit but I don't have a complaint about mine.

Originally bought as a present for me but they are widely available at most baby shop and cost between £ 60 and £90. This seat is universal so fits most cars (always check for buckle crunch though) and is sutiable for up to 13 kg or when your childs head peeks over the top. My boy was 9 pound 2 at birth and it lasted him until 7 months (about 23 pounds). His legs did stretch over but that doesn't matter.

It comes with a removable head hugger to support new babies head which is removable. The straps have two positions to support smaller babies. The handle moves backwards and will go all the way back to make the seat stable. I used it as a feeding chair at times as well. Easy to fasten with a two point harness that tightens. It has a sun shade that you can attach. There is a little compartment at the back to store you rain cover.

Easy to fit in the car and not too bulky to carry. I attach a toy to the handle bars to keep them amused. Mine all felt really comfy in it and would always fall asleep on journeys.

The best bit is it attaches to many different prams (mine is a bugaboo with their adaptors)
