      The best car seat ever!

I got this car seat for my Son when he was about 8 months old from BOOTS online as at the time they were offering double points so it worked out cheaper then elsewhere.

The car seat looks bulky, thick and supportive and also quite funky in the red colour I got. You can get these car seats in many different colours but expect to pay more for a pattern or the more unusual colours.

Now I have had a few cars in the past including a Peugeot 106. Vauxhall Astra, Vauxhall Vectra and my most recent car is a Honda HRV which has the shortest seatbelts ever! We have also used this in a 20 year old Mercedes, Mondeo and Vauxhall Zafira and it has fitted very securely.

I have 2 sons and 2 of these seats and they both love there bright car seats and always look so comfortable and secure, although we have fortunately not been involved in an accident I like to think sitting in these car seats they are as safe as they possibly can be.

      ****HOW TO FIT****

The seat is pretty straight forward to fit in your car, although it's recommended you place the seat at the rear of your car instead of the front seats as most cars these days have front passenger air bags.

Before fitting in your car it's advised to sit your child in the seat to check the straps are sitting comfortable on the shoulders as there are 3 height positions where the straps adapt to the height and growth of your child. I found this quite tricky to change the positions and have only done it once.

Once you have checked that the straps are the right size, place in the back seat on your car, by holding the seat belt and feeding it through the back of the seat, there are 2 clips either side, that hold the seat belt in place, clip the buckle in and then make sure the seat belt is nice and tight.
It does take practise but generally the car seats don't come out of my car a lot maybe every few months if my children are going out with Grandparents etc.

The seat can have a little movement but should not wriggle. If you are not quite sure do it again till you are happy with it you're now ready to place your child in the seat.

****HOW TO FIT CHILD IN SEAT****

What I love about this seat is the 3 point harness which easily clicks into place, to make the straps longer all you have to do is push this button hidden at the bottom of the seat and then to tighten so your child is safe you pull, you should allow around a fingers width so your child is safely secured.

This seat feels so safe and study and offers Side Impact Protection. Also this seat has 4 recline positions so if your baby needs a nap they can do comfortably yet safely.

The height of this car seat is also very good as it seems to be window height unlike some other car seats, which means my children are amused while looking out of the window.

I have now got another one of these car seats I have for my 10 month old son although it's slightly different and is in blue, again excellent quality.

You can pick one of these up for about £90 -£140 I would recommend you do a good search on any deals as there are discount codes out there and sales quite frequent.

I've found boots.com to be the best for these car seats I got my last one for about £60 after the points that were put on my card, which I then used my points to buy loads of nappies!

      ****ANY EXTRAS****

You can buy a cup holder to go on this car seat, I haven't got one as yet but i am planning on doing so

You can also purchase additional covers from various sites again I haven't had to do this yet.
