When my son turned 8 months, I realised that I really ought to get him a new car seat. I went to mothercare with my partner and was confronted by this huge choice in car seats. Having not really researched this, I was hugely puzzled, but this one car seat just drew me to it. The maxi cosi priori car seat. I was first interested because it looked very classy ( shallow, i know ) it was this sheeny grey colour.
The seat itself is large with supports by the head to give extra cushioning in case of an accident. It has three different belt sizes and is best used in a three point seat belt. It can also be used with the middle seat belt of a car. It also has five different seat positions which is ideal as its means my son can sleep properly without damaging his neck on journeys.
It was very easy to fit into the car and once in is very secure.
The price is very expensive at approx. £90 but luckily there was a sale on the day I bought it and I got £20 off which made it a bit more reasonable.
My son has been using it for 4 months now and I have absolutely no complaints about it, we been on long journeys with my son and he loves it because it sits quite high he is able to see the road, and it amazes him.
I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a stylish and practical car seat. It makes any back seat look funky.
