Advantages: Reclines, Strap hooks, Easy to fit

Disadvantages: Flimsy straps, Buckle

I've had my Maxi Cosi seat for about a year now (well, I've not had it - my daughter has because she sits in it - not me!). It cost about £90ish from Mothercare.

The car seat is very sturdy and very easy to fit. I love the way the it reclines so that if my daughter falls asleep, I can just lift the lever undearneath to recline it. The strap hooks on the side are very useful, well they would be if I wasn't lazy and did actually hook them round!

The only things that annoy me with this car seat are:

1. The straps seem quite flimsy in the sense that they get twisted really easily and;
2. The buckle that the straps clip into isn't long enough - sometimes when I put my daughter in it ends up being under her bum and it can be especially irritating if she's asleep when I put her in because I end up having to mess about trying to find the buckle which sometimes results in her waking up.

Overall though, it was a very good purchase and well recommended.
