Advantages: eco friendly, very cute, good for imaginative play, good value

Disadvantages: none

Anamalz have a range of different poseable animals available, we have the bull and the elephant but this review will be mainly focusing on the elephant.

All the anamalz are handmade from organic maple wood and not overly packaged, so they are very eco friendly. Because they are all made individually they all come out slightly different and unique!

We got our ones from izziwizzi kids to make a video review, and I was quite impressed with them as they are really nice looking, very smooth and very cute. The limbs are made from a flexible but strong kind of rope, so they can stand up and are not too floppy as I wondered if they would be, with it being made of rope, but it is not floppy at all the elephant can support himself just fine! But at the same time they are easy to bend.

They tend to cost just under 5 pounds per animal which seems good value to me, although if you get all the animals of course it will add up but I find it quite affordable.

They are a good size, not too small, they are fairly chunky.

My 3 year old enjoyed this for role playing, we bring them in as characters when making up stories and acting out the stories with toys. If you had even more then it would be better cos you could make your own jungle with them, whereas we mix and match between these, and some other tinga tinga little animals we have and various things like that.

They look really nice on the shelf in the playroom when not being used, we have had quite a few comments from mums coming round with their children to play, that these animals look like a nice toy. They really do look appealing.

Summary: really like them
