This tambourine is one I recognize from a school music box somewhere. . It is a really good strong tambourine. .This tambourine is a wooden circular frame. It has 3 places 2 small cymbals each. These jingle and ring when the tambourine is shaken or tapped. There are 3 small circular holes too around the wooden band frame these make it easy for the child to hold the tambourine. One side of the tambourine is covered with a fabric/skin pulled tight. This is for tapping for a drum effect. The wooden tambourine is attractive, the sides coloured.
