I am no fan of Early Learning Centre, a chain of stores which masquerades as some kind of socially-concerned, caring provider of 'educational' toys (no guns or Pokemon etc. to be found within). I can only comment on a few products but so far my experiences have not been good. To begin with my son received a present from his grandmother of a kind of megaphone/voice changer. This was ok in principle. Unfortunately it didn't work. The dud toy was returned to the store, and there followed some quibbling and a suggestion that it had been broken as a result of rough use.
