Advantages: Good price, cute, holds the system well, keeps everything safe, easy to keep it all together

Disadvantages: Only fits 4 books in

We bought the Tag Junior system for our eldest daughter when she was little and we have over the last few months started using it with our younger daughter. Emily our younger daughter has really taken to the system and she generally likes to take it to her Grandas with her when I am at work so we decided to get the storage case for it to make it easier.

The case for the system costs around £10 but we were lucky enough that someone was selling one on one of the Facebook selling pages and it only cost us £3 which I think was a bargain especially as it has barely been used. As I bought this item second hand I cannot comment on what packaging it came with.

The case is designed to look like a house which I guess is because it houses the system, the roof of the house is the usual green colour that you associate with Leapfrog and the main part of the house is white in colour. The door and window of the house are outlined in green and then there are some green and yellow what look like toadstools on the bottom and finally the Leapfrog name in yellow.

On the top of the case there are two zips which open either way down the sides of the case opening it up widely, there are two different compartments inside the case one side is for the books to go into and one side is for he actual reader to go into, we have found that you can easily manage to have a spare set of batteries in there too.

The system can hold up to five books in it's memory however the case can actually only hold four books which does seem a little bit of a design flaw to me although Emily doesn't care she just plays with whatever books are there for her.

The case is pretty durable and the material it's made of is quite thick to protect the system inside although the system itself is really durable too and ours has been dropped many times. The case is not big enough for use with the next stage in the Leapfrog Tag system as the books for the next stage are too big so if Emily is as keen on the second stage when she gets to it we may end up buying the next stage case.

I find the case is really great as it is easy for my daughter to take with her to her Grandas and if we are going out as a family it can be popped into the changing bag and then she has something with us to amuse her. I think the case would be worth £10 and obviously I got a bargain, it is easy to keep clean as it just takes a quick wipe over and the books fit in nicely so my little girl can manage to get them in and out herself. This is a really good storage case.

Summary: A great storage case
