Let me guess, you've only ever used the 6-sided dice that accompany the many variations of Monopoly you have stored in your dusty old closet. Well, that's no surprise as the other sided dice (of which there are many) generally are only used in a very small portion of games.

The reason these dice are used is to provide a different statistical outcome for a number as opposed to just the normal 6-sided dice. There are countless different ways to arrive to a number depending on the amount of dice you use. Adding a different number range gives an even larger number of ways to arrive to that number.

The actual dice themselves are of good quality, normal size and don't seem to be weighted to any particular direction which is always a good thing. They come in a variety of colours so you can colour code them respective to what they are used for . They feel nice in the hand, fairly weighty and don't seem to wear down easily.

The price however, you can get these type of dice MUCH cheaper on amazon. These are currently selling for £31 on amazon, you can a very similar set on amazon for around the £2 mark.

All in all, they are good dice but there are cheaper alteratives for the exact same product.
