I brought this last year to use for my son, We were looking for a cheap basic moniter, didnt want anything fancy and this certainly wasnt, there is no singing and dancing from this moniter but it does the job without costing the earth. We brought ours from babies r us for around £20. It has two parts the portable monitor that you can carry round with you, even has a clip on it to attach to your trousers to carry around, this part of the monitor also has 5 small lights that indicate the volume from the room the baby is in. It also has a volume control switch. The second part of the monior is the base and has the power button and also has a nightlight feature which is handy to have but not essential. This monitor can be used with batteries or is mains operated. Its a great little monitor at a great price.

Summary: Basic monitor with great features at a fantastic price.
