There are so many products out there when it comes to babies and related to young children and sometimes it's hard to sift through them all and work out which are good and which are bad, and subsequently which are worth investing your hard earned cash on. I have a multitude of products from toys to other products for baby health that either been given to me or I have bought. Again some of them are good. But above all, the most important products on the market are those that keep a baby safe.

We have all heard numerous things about cot death over the years and I think this has to be one of the most concerning thing for any parents as it's so hard to diagnose what actually causes it. Yes, you can change to a new matress and make sure the temperature is just right, but you can never be fully sure. However, with this great little product - The Grobag Egg you can at least give yourself a litte peace of mind. I bought this before the birth of our latest son who is now four months old so still using it now and I think it's great. We bought ours for about £10 in yellow but you can also get them in other bright colours.

It's really simple and is essentially a thermometer so you can see what the temperature is in the cot and ensure that it's not too hot for the baby. It displays the exact temperature on the front you can see a digitial display in celsius and a face that will either be happy or sad depending on whether the temperature is too hot or cold. And of course there is a glow from it too.

I would recommend this product as it's great for helping you work out the exact temperature of the cot and is a nice design too. In addition it's not too much money to spend for a little peace of mind for your baby.
