I have bought many packs of these socket covers from Mothercare and think that they do the job they are supposed to do.

I have two children and these have come in very handy indeed. My eldest son is 5 years old now and therefore does not need them at all. My youngest however, who is 2 years old, is an absolute nightmare with the plug sockets. If I am hoovering for example, he will pull the plug out and play with the switch. He is fascinated with them.

He is also fascinated with the socket covers and spends a lot of time trying the get them out. This is why I am completely confident and satisfied with the safety of this product. If he has not managed to pull them out then they are obviously worth buying. My only problem is, I struggle to get them out too!

I also have to buy a lot of these as I am always misplacing them. I take them out to do the hoovering or the ironing and can never find them again. Infact I am sure one day I will find a little stash of them that my son has hidden away but in the mean time I am paying a fortune for them.

I like that these socket covers are very discreet too. They are white plastic covers so match with most peoples plug sockets.

I would definately recommend these. They might be a pain to get out but then that does stop your children from sizzling themselves!
