My partner and I toyed over what moniter to get for months. And in the end he just went out and bought the Safty first Angelcare. It looks nice as well as protecting our son. It is battery powered as well as mains. I plug it in just outside my bathroom and take the top part in, so I can here baby if he wakes up while I am having a shower. And it can be taken anywhere in the house. There is also a sensor pad which goes under the cot mattrace. And the alarm is very loud and high pitched. I feel safe when I leave my baby upstairs. While I am anywhere in the house. It is worth a buy. And is around the same price as most moniters. At £59.99.
