I know that it's not Easter yet, but I've already eaten my first Easter Egg!

I bought our little nephew a Cadbury's Buttons Easter Egg from Tesco, and they just happened to be on offer at 2 for £2. He doesn't need or want two Easter Eggs so I've scoffed the other one!

A Cadbury's Buttons Easter Egg is perfect for a toddler, our little nephew is nearly 4, and he loves Cadbury's Buttons. The egg is also quite small making it the perfect choice for a small child as they will end up getting so many Easter Eggs anyway.

The Easter Egg itself is (or perhaps I should say was...) wrapped in blue shiny foil with the Cadburys logo all over. The egg itself was a hollow Easter Egg made from lovely creamy Cadburys milk chocolate. It was made from fairly thin chocolate, and so perfect for a toddler or small child, and also easy enough to break into smaller pieces with just a gentle tap on the table. It was a fairly small egg (well a 'very' small egg for a chocoholic adult - but obviously the perfect size egg for a toddler) and the weight on the box was stated at 101g. The Easter Egg also came with a small pack of Cadbury's milk chocolate buttons.

I have to say both the egg and the small pack of buttons were delicious, they disappeared in just the one sitting, and no sharing occurred!

These are ideal as small inexpensive Easter Eggs for children, especially if you have a lot to buy. I would say that you can't really go wrong with these as most everyone likes Cadbury's Buttons.
