Advantages: tasty, save one for later
Disadvantages: pricey, don't get loads
Each year at easter, various different sweet and chocolate companies bring out something as a novelty to compete with the creme egg. This used to be a huge range of eggs, but this year, the novelties are trending away from eggs. I've seen at least 2 bunny shaped chocolates and this morning when I was in poundland I picked up 2 of the packets of 2 caramel bunnies, as they were 2 for £1. Normally I believe they cost around 60-70 pence a packet.
The pack comes with 2 bunny shaped chocolates, which are about the size of 2 pieces of cadburys caramel joined together. It is made to look a little bit like the bunny off of the cadburys caramel adverts and is made of good, thick chocolate and filled with the delicious gooey caramel you expect from cadburys.
It is a lovely flavour, and not too sweet. It makes a nice little snack with a cup of coffee. I think the fact that it comes in a package of 2 is nice, you can eat one and save one for later, or share with someone you love.
It is definately a treat, and novelty is a good way of describing the product, it is nice, but you can spend less and get more chocolate in a proper caramel bar. But saying that, I'd be happy if I found some caramel bunnies in my easter basket!
Summary: gooey caramel and chocolate, shaped like a bunny!
