Available to buy at most convenience stores and corner shops. Priced at approx 15p. Sometimes these show up in selection boxes at Christmas.

*My Opinion*

A Chomp was a favourite of mine when I was a child (not that long ago) and I didn't realise that these were still available until I spotted them in my local Wilkinsons store. Now at 15p (I think they used to be 10p) I put one into my basket and off I went to the till to pay.

The wrapper hasn't changed any from what I can remember and the bar was the same size as it used to be. The chocolate is smooth and quite soft to bite into though my preference is to let the chocolate melt in my mouth and gather the caramel and keep it on my tongue for as long as possible! The caramel is quite firm and very sweet though a little time in a warm mouth will soon melt it and it becomes very creamy and smooth which is wonderful!

I feel that the calories for the Chomp are ok though the sugar is a bit high like most chocolates so should be reserved as an occasional treat! At 15p, Chomps are the perfect pocket money treat and always have been for me.

I would recommend to anyone who wants a little cheap but quality chocolate fix.
