Advantages: Yummy Chocolate
Disadvantages: Only two lil creme eggs : (
One of my favourite chocolate based treats are Cadbury's creme eggs, so what better way to celebrate the rebirth of our lord than with a creme egg easter egg.
The packaging is a colourful red and purple with a playful splash of yolk on the front for good measure. A claim printed on the side says that due to recent packaging reductions over 2000 creme egg lorries have been removed from the road, so these are green eggs. On the back of the box there is a nice little word search.
Now on to the main event, the eggs themselves. Each Creme egg-egg box contains one hollow milk chocolate egg, which is just the same as any other cadburys egg. Not a bad thing as most of us know Cadbury's chocolate is ruddy delicious. I might have preferred an easter egg filled with the deliciously sweet creme egg fondant but what are you gonna do?
Along with the large hollow easter egg, you receive two standard sized creme eggs, which I thought was a bit stingey. If you've never had a creme egg (can't imagine there would be that many who haven't) they are about 2-3 inches long, containing a sweet and unique white and yellow fonadant covered in a milk chocolate shell.
I absolutely adore creme eggs so I can't help but reccomend these to everyone, as I say there are only two creme eggs in the box but two creme eggs is always better than no creme eggs : )
Summary: Yummy.
