Advantages: Great combination of flavours and textures.

Disadvantages: Lots of sugar.

Crunchie is a well known chocolate bar, which was first introduced in 1929. It is produced by Cadbury and is popular in many countries, all over the world.

Crunchie's come in a shiny, golden wrapper, with 'crunchie' printed in large, red lettering, emblazened across the front of the packaging.

The wrapper is easily ripped off and inside you find a long, thick rectangular chocolate bar. When you break this in half, you find that the milk chocolate is quite thin and inside is a golden, yellow honeycomb centre.

The milk chocolate smells delicious and tastes even better. Although it isn't very thick, I prefer this, as it stops it being too sickly. The chocolate is smooth, rich and creamy and it melts quickly in your mouth. The honeycomb centre is very crunchy (which is obviously where they got the name), it is also sweet and when you start to chew, it gets all yummy and soft and melts in your mouth. The combination of smooth chocolate and crunchy honeycomb centre is just perfect and this really is one of my favourite chocolate bars.

Cadbury Crunchie are a real favourite in our house. They taste great, are quite substantial and make a lovely treat. They are also pretty unique and make a nice change from the average chocolate bar.

Summary: Cadbury Crunchie - yummy milk chocolate and crunchy honeycomb centre.
