Advantages: can be bought in the size packs you need your treat time

Disadvantages: often more expensive then other brands

ok so i wanted some chocolate last night and decided to nip to asda for a bar when i got there i had a look at the selection and came across a hugh 400g bar for £2.00 i thought this was a really good price and couldnt resist it so i picked it up and came home very happy

the bar its self came in a purple plastic wrapper not to foil and paper like they used to

i have to say this chocolate is not healthy or a guilt free treat its 135 cals per 4 chunks thats 6.8% rda

After a closer inspection of the pack i noticed that cadbury are the official treat provider of the 2012 olympics and also it has the fair trade logo on the front suggesting its a fair trade porduct so i had a look on the back and it said "it is made with a glass and a half of fresh milk from the british isles and fairtrade cocoa beans from ghana" and theres more infomation on there website so i guess eating ur not so healthy chocolate is helping someone in ghanda have a fair trade company backing his crop

the taste is as i always remember creamy very chocolately and a lil sticky (very sticky if its soft from being warm) its very hard if you leave it in the fridge too long too so i guess its better at room temp

also this product is very good for cooking with when you want milk chocolate it melts very and can be melted in the microwave. its horrid when burnt so be careful, its great for chocolate topped flapjack and cornflake cakes with the kids

heres the GDAs of the choccy - per 4 chunks - cals 135 6.8% - sugars 14.2g 15.8% - fat 7.5g 10.7% sat fat 4.6g 23.0% - salt 0.05g 0.8%

its a very nice chocolate better then some of the other leading brands and much better then asda own brand chocolate

Summary: very nice chocolate as long as its not to hard or half melted
