      A special Easter Egg

I received a Mini Eggs Treasure Egg for Easter!

The Chocolate Egg is wrapped in colourful printed foil, and is advertised as "No Boxless Waste". It does not contain a box or other plastic packaging apart from the packet of Mini Eggs that is found within the chocolate egg (which I'll go onto later).

I think this is a great idea, the waste that is produced from occasional days and holidays are really terrible and companies and brands need to take more responsibility for it, and I'm glad that a frontrunner in chocolate, Cadbury's, are doing something, however small, for this cause.

Unwrapping the egg, it has a regular pattern of an egg on there and the chocolate is a thin layer of Cadburys milk chocolate. Cracking the egg, you will find a small bag of mini eggs inside which is great. I remember in the day when almost every Easter Egg would have something INSIDE the chocolate and that was an amazing surprise to open up and find MORE chocolate!

I personally think it is better to do this than to have them separately, and to have another box and plastic tray to keep it all in...

Anyway, the chocolate is basic Cadbury's chocolate, which I'm not too fond of to be honest, but since it is with the Mini Eggs, it is fine, and I like eating them together, a piece of chocolate plus an egg, adds all the textures and crunch to make the eating experience much more exciting.

I do think that they could've down with a few more Mini Eggs as it IS a mini eggs treasure egg, and what was given clearly is NOT treasure. However, it is good to have anything at all.

As I said before, I got one as a gift, so I don't know the exact price, but looking online it should cost around £2, so when next Easter comes, be sure to look out for it if this interests you!

I would highly recommend this egg as it has minimal packaging and waste, and also for the surprise inside the egg. The chocolate itself is bland and nothing special, just normal Cadbury's milk chocolate but eating with the given eggs brings a new eating experience which is very enjoyable.
