Caramel + Chocolate = Perfect!

Advantages: creamy chocolate, runny caramel, excellent quaility
Disadvantages: no weight on wrapper
It seems like ages ago since I had a Cadbury's caramel but in the space of two days my mum purchased me a Cadbury's caramel egg and a colleague at work brought me a bar of Cadbury's caramel. I have quite a sweet tooth at times and am a big fan of Cadbury's chocolate and caramel and had forgotten how much I like these!
The bar I was brought was the standard individual size caramel which can be found in most shops for around £0.60. I tend to only buy these when I see them on offer in multi-packs in supermarkets as then it is possible to pick up around 4 bars for £1.00 making them much better value. Cadbury's caramel can also be purchased in larger sharing bars.
The Cadbury's caramel comes wrapped in a waxy feeling plastic wrapper which is the traditional Cadbury's purple colour at the top and yellow at the bottom to represent the caramel. On the front of the wrapper is the dairy milk and caramel logos as well as the treat wise information of how many calories the bar contains. On the back of the wrapper you can find more detailed information including, ingredients listings, allergy warnings and full nutritional information.
As with any chocolate bar it is not going to be that good for you and as this one is made up of chocolate and caramel it is no exception. The bar itself does not tell you how many grams it weighs which I always find a little naughty of companies not to disclose this on the wrapper, but for each standard bar the nutritional information is as follows:
Calories - 225
Protein - 2.3g
Carbohydrate - 29.5g
Fat - 10.9g
Fibre - 0.2g
Sodium - 0.08g
When you open the bar it at first looks like a standard bar of dairy milk with it being split into 7 sections which you can easily break off. Each piece of chocolate is filled with the delicious, gooey caramel centre. Personally I love the mixture of the creamy chocolate and the smooth, runny, sweet caramel. I think some people may find the taste a little too sweet but as I have quite a sweet tooth I find it just perfect. I do not think I could eat any more than a bar this size as by the end it does start to get a little sickly but it is certainly another very enjoyable chocolate bar from Cadbury's.
Summary: Another delicious treat from Cadbury's
