Advantages: The Great taste of Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate in nice thin Big Buttons!
Disadvantages: Very pricey
I have always loved Cadbury Chocolate buttons; I am sure that most children small and big would love these and I expect there are quite a few Adults who love them too!!
I have occasionally bought my children other types of Chocolate buttons like Supermarkets own brands. However, I always come back to Cadbury. In saying that, when I first saw these Giant Buttons I was outraged by their cost and I still am, as they seem to be getting more and more expensive! I cannot believe that the cost of these is usually about £1.85 for a 175g bag.
There seem to be quite a few chocolates that come in bags like this nowadays and they are all pricey.
I was therefore very pleased to notice them on a special offer at Sainsbury's the other day. Priced at £1.00 per bag. Now this is what I would call a reasonable and a more affordable price.
Whilst they are exactly the same as the Cadbury regular chocolate buttons for some reason I just really like these big ones. I would usually probably eat about one third of the packet in a day. So they don't last too long but I just love them. I really like the packaging. It ensures that the Chocolate is kept fresh. Its also great as it's a resealable packet. It is very thick and full instructions are given about resealing the packet. This is good as there is nothing worse than putting food or similar products back into the fridge and finding out that half the contents have fallen out all over the place. This is also very hygienic.
I think its important to keep the buttons in the fridge. In my view they taste best from chilled and especially in the summer, they might easily melt if not stored in a fridge. They are also a lot less messy this way, especially if you are giving them to small children!
The taste of these Big buttons is, as I believe all Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate is......delicious. I usually eat them in about two bites. They may not be as suitable for very young children. Perhaps the small buttons are better as I also don't think you get these Big Buttons in small bags. If you did, there wouldn't be many!

This Chocolate is simply delicious. However, as the usual price is very expensive I am only awarding it 4 Dooyoo stars rather than the 5. They are well worth buying now, whilst on special offer.
Summary: Super tasting Chocolate but too expensive
