Welcome back to the Wispa
Member Name: spam330
Advantages: Yummy Yummy Yummy
The Wispa was a very big thing during the eighties and I remeber scoffing many a bar on my way home from school. Unfortunatley (and I dont know why, wispas were withdrawn from the market in 2003). The Wispa then became a memory, something to reminice about.
Then one day I was driving to work and I heard the presenters on my favourite radio station discusing the reintroduction of the Wispa to the market. And sure enough since 2007 Wispas have been back on our shelves (I can only assume by popular demmand.
The Wispa bar is a thick chunky bar of chocolate that contain a bubbly velvety tasting chocolate. It has a rich destinctive chocolatley taste that you just dont get with any other chocolate bar.
The chocolate comes in a very distinctive deep blue/purple wrapping with Wispa written in large red writting.
As with all chocolate it is not that good for you nutritiously but as an occasional snack it is an absolute pleaseure.
Before the cWispa was withdrawn they were also available in a carmel and mint variety, also very yummy. I have not seen these since the reintroduction
Summary: Hope its back for good
