Well as a major fan of Cadury's chocolate, the Wispa is definatley up there as one of my favourites.
Wispa first hit our shelves in 1981 and after being discontinued in 2003, Cadbury's relaunched it as a 'dairy milk bubbly' which was a different shaped bar and packaging. It just was not attractive at all which made the choccy to become less popular which led to the 'Wispa' being brought back by popular demand in 2008. I was thrilled to be reunited with such a gorgeous chocolate treat!
The Wispa is a velvety textured chocolate bar made of tiny bubbles wrapped in scrumptious Cadbury milk chocolate that melts in your mouth with every bite. I suppose it is a bit like an Aero but much more tastier. It is such a divine way to enjoy a combination with each and every bubble melting in your complimented with the gorgeous taste of Cadbury milk chocolate. Although it has 210 calories per bar but who cares!
I enjoy a Wispa on my lunch break in work, it adds a boost to my day. With the heavenly smell and delicious taste it is definately a chocolate bar to go for! They sell for around 60p and you can buy them in nearly all newsagents and supermarkets. What a lovely choclate bar to experience!
