Disney Gets In On The Xmas Act!

My mum brought these for us to share after our tea today, they are from the Disney brand but the only Christmassy thing about them is the outer wrapper which shows Pooh Bear, Tigger and Piglet in scarves and Santa hats! lol

They are absolute mega chocolate overload and waaaaaay too sweet for me. The mini rolls are made from chocolate sponge, rolled up with chocolate butter cream and then coated in chocolate.

They're not the best quality in the world but are quite tasty and kids will deffo love them. The sponge is lovely and light and has got a yummy chocolate flavour, the flavour is quite rich actually and a lot stronger than I thought it would be when I first unwrapped them.

The buttercream is sooooooo sweet that it set my fillings on edge! lol It's not a very pleasing chocolate flavour but there's not a lot of buttercream on each mini roll so that didn't bother me that much, it's not nice buttercream like in Cadbury's mini rolls that I try to lick off on its own.

The chocolate coating surprised me at how nice it was, it's quite a creamy chocolate that is milk chocolate but also has got the same sort of bitterness that dark chocolate has got. The coating went proper nice with the sponge and the whole thing is just very sweet, I could only manage one and that's unusual because with other brands of mini roll I can eat the whole pack over a day!!! lol

You get 6 mini rolls for £1.20 or at the minute they are on offer and you can buy 2 packs for £2.00.
