I don't eat that many chocolate biscuits, so when I do, I really want something special and Fox's Echo Mint Bars do not disappoint. To be honest, I feel these are more like a bar of chocolate than a biscuit, as they are quite substantial. Fox's Echo Mint Bars come in a very eye catching black, matt wrapper, with artistic butterfly designs covering it. Inside you find 6 individually wrapped chocolate bars, which are long and thin and remind me in shape of a Twix finger. Once opened, you find yourself with a sweet, chocolatey smelling biscuit. The chocolate on the outside is smooth and glossy, with the word 'echo' in raised letters on the rounded top. ... Read the complete review

Fox's Echo Mint Biscuits............. Begrudging paying my £3 per month tea and coffee fund at work seeing as I do a total of 15 measly hours per week I do make the most of the food and drinks that there is available by scoffing my face whilst at work and subsequently missing meals when getting home. The Fox's Echo bars are the latest thing to have been purchased by the lady who does the tea fund and I was pleasantly surprised. Not being a big fan of mint chocolate I was reluctant at first to try them but there wasn't much else that looked even closely tempting so what was I meant to do! Any how it was the last one, vultures that the rest of ... Read the complete review

In our house we seem to always go for the mint version of anything that comes out new, be it Kitkats, Club Biscuits,Viscount ect... so when I saw these in the Supermarket it was a must have. So a couple of packets went into the trolley. When unpacking my shopping back home my Daughter gets all excited as she tells me these are her favourite biscuits, especially after a heavy night out! I can't remember buying them before, but thats probaly because I wouldn't usually eat anything like this, so it is time for the sake of Dooyoo to get trying so I can write a proper review ( Great excuse!). These come in a pack of 6 and the packaging has a modern green ... Read the complete review

Mmmm.... Minty Chocolate. I'm a big fan of this delicious combination. So, when I picked up a pack of Fox's Echo Mint Bars, I was pretty much guaranteed that good times were ahead... or was I???? I don't often purchase Fox's biscuits, as they tend to be a little bit pricey and I worry that their smart packaging and general air of aloofness might upset my other biscuits. I mean the last thing I want is some kind of revolution kicking off in the biscuit tin, I'd be sweeping up the crumbs for weeks! In my local supermarket, these were on offer at half price, so I felt that I could not ignore this bargain and was therefore willing ... Read the complete review

I really enjoyed the original 'Echo' bars and I love mint chocolate so when I saw these I was more than happy to give them a go! My mum bought them to try out and when I saw them in her kitchen cupboard I helped myself! The 'Echo' bar consists of a biscuit base with a layer of bubbly mint chocolate on top and then another layer of milk chocolate on top of that. The biscuit is a chocolate biscuit that is divided into three seperate pieces in a line. I found that the biscuit part is nice and crunchy and not too sweet. The biscuit is then covered in a very thin layer of milk chocolate and the chocolate fills the gaps of the seperated ... Read the complete review
