... Ingredients - The ingredients are listed on the back of the packet. I won't list all the ingredients but obviously this is not a healthy item. The main ingredients are chocolate, peanuts, peanut butter and caramel as the description suggests. It also contains copious amounts of sugar, salt, emulsifiers and flavourings. I will list the E numbers as some people are allergic or try to avoid certain ones (E322, E304, E310, E330, E471). This bar has 260 calories, 16g of fat (5g saturated) and 22g of sugar. - The Taste - The choco...more

My friend has been telling me how amazing these chocolate bars are for ages now. I haven't seen them in any shops and she bought one for me. They are usually 55p but she bought it in Tesco for 39p as they are on special offer at the moment. The wrapper is bright orange with Reese's written in yellow, NutRageous written in blue and the rest of the writing is black. They are described as crunchy peanuts, peanut butter, creamy caramel and chocolate flavour coating. I was a bit surprised to see chocolate flavour coating rather than just chocolate. I couldn't find any allergy information on the packaging and it doesn't say if it is suitable for vegetarians. ...  Read the complete review

Yesterday I wrote a review for the site on Reese's pieces - an M&M-like peanut butter centred sweet that I picked up in Morrisons. I wrote at the time that they were incredibly moreish and as I had to revisit Morrisons to pick up some milk that I had forgotten these were still on my mind. Typically for me I chose a till that didn't have the pieces on display, but did manage to pick up a bar of Nutrageous instead. Packaged in a bright orange wrapper similar to the one shown above, this is a thickly chocolate coated bar with a centre of smooth peanut butter and individual peanuts surrounding the centre. Unlike Snickers which is rectangular in shape, this ...  Read the complete review

I think its outrageous that Nutrageous has only recently been stocked on the shelves of stores across the uk, its been available in the US for years!! I like many other people really like hersheys chocolate, and i think that they do some incredible products, which thankfully are filtering over the pond these days. Anyway, about the Nutrageous bars themselves... The bar i am going to review is the smaller (51g) of the two available, which seems to be the new UK version that is available in most outlets now. The bar itself is described as: "Crunchy Peanuts, Peanut Butter, Creamy Caramel and Chocolate Flavoured Coating", ...  Read the complete review

I tried my first Reese's Nutrageous bar a couple of days ago. It was brought for me from Tesco on a half price deal for 28p (usually 56p). Nutrageous is a chocolate bar made by Hershey - one of Americas most popular chocolate manufacturers which is slowly (but surely) making it's way over to the UK. Nutrageous was introduced in 1994 but I've only recently seen it on our shelves. The bar is made from chocolate, peanut butter, roasted peanuts and caramel. It's basically a chocolate bar with caramel, peanuts and peanut butter crammed into it. It comes in an orange pack and the size of the bar is 51g. The chocolate itself is around 4 or 5 inches long ...  Read the complete review

- Why I Bought - I feel compelled to tell you all about the Reese's Nutrageous chocolate bar I have just eaten because it was the best chocolate bar I have had in a while. I bought two of these bars this morning when I saw they were on offer in Sainsbury's for just 29p. - The Brand - Reese's is actually owned by the big American chocolate manufacturer The Hershey Company. Reese's is most famous for making Peanut Butter Cups and Reese's Pieces. Their products generally are made from peanuts, caramel and chocolate. - The Packaging - This chocolate bar comes in the usual Reese's orange packaging. It is bright and eye catching which I'm ...  Read the complete review
