My friend has been telling me how amazing these chocolate bars are for ages now. I haven't seen them in any shops and she bought one for me. They are usually 55p but she bought it in Tesco for 39p as they are on special offer at the moment.

The wrapper is bright orange with Reese's written in yellow, NutRageous written in blue and the rest of the writing is black. They are described as crunchy peanuts, peanut butter, creamy caramel and chocolate flavour coating. I was a bit surprised to see chocolate flavour coating rather than just chocolate. I couldn't find any allergy information on the packaging and it doesn't say if it is suitable for vegetarians. The ingredients state that there is milk, soya and peanuts in the bar though.

The chocolate bar is 51g in size and although it doesn't say it on the wrapper 100g of this bar would give you 499kcal, 27.4g of fat of which 13.4g are saturates 45.5g of sugar and 0.4g of salt. The fat and calorie content are not really much different from any other chocolate bar.

When you first open the wrapper, the chocolatey aroma hits you first. It smells really nice. There were loads of huge peanut pieces poking their way through the chocolate on the top of the bar. I don't normally like Hershey's chocolate but it is not so bad on this bar as it blends in with the other flavours. The chocolate covering is thick and gives the other ingredients a good coating. The peanuts all seem to be half whole ones so you get their lovely nutty flavour and their crunchy texture to off set the caramel. The caramel layer is quite thin and wraps around the peanut butter. I am not a huge lover of caramel but as the flavour of it blends in with the other flavours in this bar, I couldn't really taste it. The peanut butter is smooth, rich, creamy and buttery. It tastes divine. I think it would be a little bit dry on it's own but the caramel stops that.

My overall opinion is yum yum yum but I couldn't eat more than one bar without feeling sick.
