I have quite a sweet tooth and love to have a sweet treat from time to time especially when I am work. I recently was looking for some sweet items to add to mine and my partner's lunch boxes and came across a special offer on the Kinder Bueno bars in Iceland. For anyone who has not had a Bueno before they are milk chocolate covered wafers with a smooth milky and hazelnut filling.
 
I purchased a three pack of Bueno, each containing two bars from my local Iceland store for just £1.00. I thought that this was quite good value as this is normally a bar that I like but avoid buying separately as they tend to be quite expensive.
 
The Bueno bar comes in a foil pack which is coloured in white and orange which is used throughout the range of Kinder products to make them easily recognisable.  On the front of the pack you can find a picture of the bars as well as a little box which tells u that each bar contains 123 calories. On the back you will find more detailed information including full ingredients listings, nutritional information and that the bar is also available in a white chocolate version. Inside the outer wrapper you can find two separate sticks of bueno individually wrapped in clear plastic wrappers. The wrappers have a little gold pull tab which allows you to easily unwrap the bar. Each bar is dimpled into four sections which u can easily snap off to make it easy to eat. With the bars being individually wrapped you can save one with it still staying fresh in its wrapper, well that's if you can resist the temptation of saving one.
 
The smooth, creamy milk and hazlenut centre of the bueno peices are wrapped in a light, crisp wafer which is then all coated in milk chocolate and decorated on the top with a dark chocolate drizzle. The three differnt layers of the bar work perfectly together with the different flavours and textures complmenting each other.  I personally find the bueno bars delicious as they are quite light but are also fairly rich and certainly provide a lovely sweet treat.
