Kinder eggs are great treats for your children when they have been good, as not only do they get a lovely tasting chocolate they also get small toy which is suitable for children ages 3 plus due to some having small parts.

Kinder eggs retail at around the 50p mark but depending on where you purchase them from will depend on the price.

The chocolate egg contains two types of chocolate, a milk chocolate outer coat and a white chocolate inside coat. The mixture of the two chocolates is lovely. The chocolate just melts away in your mouth leaving you with a lovely creamy taste in your mouth. The chocolate is very thin only around 2mm thick. This egg is around the size of one medium happy egg.

Once the chocolate has been eaten you are left with a small oval plastic case which contains a small toy. Some do need assembling, or stickers putting on them. The toy will come from part of a collection, so why don't you try and collect them all.

Be careful not to drop these eggs as they do crack and make the chocolate crumble.

Kinder makes many different chocolate items aimed at children and adults. Such as hippos for the kids, and Buenos which are aimed more for adults, which you can purchase from any good food store.
