it is a cheap and sufficient chocolate bar but doesn't quite compare to its more established rival

Ok, this was picked up the other day in my local Maraks and Spencers store for the bargain price of 20p. Size and weightwise it is exactly the same as a normal Snickers bar and, guess what, it is almost identical to a Snickers bar!

Luckliy for me, i've always liked Snickers. Unfortunately for me, this product is inferior to the major holder of caramel and peanut treats. There is nothing particularly wrong with the MArks and Spencers copy, and indeed I wolfed it away without any major complaints, but compared to a Snickers bar it just isn't as good.

Nuts are nuts and I'm not blaming them as they are comparable for both type of nuts and amount sprinkled between the caramel and nougat. Similarly with the nougat the M&S bar was running side by side with it's Mars-made equivalent. However, it began to slip with the caramel and fell further with the chocolate. the quality just isn't there and the overall satisfaction of biting down into the combination falls flat of a Snickers.

In all it is a cheap and sufficient chocolate bar but doesn't quite compare to its more established rival
