Malteaser's rich brother?
Member Name: EggMan
Advantages: Variety of sweets and flavours
Disadvantages: Demise of the peanut, too many toffees ones, unlucky!!
When I was younger, my perception of Revels was always that of the rich older brother of the Malteaser. A bag of variety compared to that of it's big brother ;) After all, revels contains malteasers along with a variety of other tasty chews. Orange, coffee, toffee, raisin and a minstrel like disc of chocolate, all very tasty in their own right. The biggest shock and one which put me off Revels for a spell, the replacement of my good old favourite 'the peanut' Boy how this was my prize in the lucky dip getting one of these. But sadly for reasons unknown to me, the old favourite was dropped and replaced by the raisin. In saying that, still a good variety and mixture of chocolate and toffee to satisfy the chocoholics in us all. You certainly feel like you've exercised your jaw after eating a bag of these, especially if you get too many toffee ones lol. Here's hoping one day 'the peanut' will return!!
Summary: Excellent combination of flavours / textures to satisfy your tastebuds
