Advantages: Lots of flavours, nice chocolate, reasonably priced, resealable sizes.

Disadvantages: Raisin flavour.

When I fancy chocolate I usually want to try lots of different chocolates without spending too much money! Revels fit my bill perfectly as there is a couple of different packet sizes available and I can always pick these up when they are on special offer.

There are 6 different chocolates available and each of them are quite nice. Below I have written a small piece on each one so that you determine as to whether they are for you!

Orange - Small balls of orange sweet filling surrounded by delicious milk chocolate. These are quite tasty if a little too sweet.

Coffee - Small balls of coffee flavoured filling surrounded by delicious milk chocolate. These are very tasty but may not be to everyones taste. I personally love coffee and these are one of my most favourite sweets. Deliciously soft and sweet tasting.

Chocolate - These are oval shapes of pure milk chocolate. The chocolate is lovely, sweet and creamy and while these are nice there is nothing special fo them, however, if you are a milk chocolate fan you will probably like these best!

Raisin - These are miscellaneous sized raisins covered in milk chocolate. As I am not a big fan of raisins I don't particularly like these and wish they would remove them again as they have in the past. The raisins are pretty juicy as an ample size without being too much. They have a nice chewy texture to them, as you would expect.

Toffee - This is a hard ball of toffee, usually quite small, covered in milk chocolate. This is my favourite sweet in the whole bag and it's usually quite easy to determine which ones they are as they seem to be smaller than the other varieties. The toffee is quite hard and chewy with a delicious sweet taste to it.

Maltesers - This a classic Malteser which is a light marshmallow scented centre which is surrounded by milk chocolate. These are lovely and crunchy and there are a few different ways to eat them. My favourite is to suck them first and then they just melt away in your mouth.

I love each and every one of the sweets in this bag, with the exception of the raisin one which I'm not very keen on. There are quite a few sweets in each bag and there are lots of different sizes available. I usually buy mine from Tesco and this is the prices that I normally pay (unless on offer):

240g Large Bag (Family Sized) £2.65
140g Bag (Resealable) £1.75
35g Bag (Individual size as pictured above) 49p

It's best value to buy the 'Family Bag' at £2.00 as this is the price that they are usually on offer for (they are at present).

I love Revels as there is lots of choice in each bag, it's quite random what you get but I find the milk chocolate and the toffee ones easily distinguishable. There should be something within this bag for most peoples taste. I am going to rate these 4/5 as they are lovely but the chocolate could be creamier and I would like to see them get rid of the yucky raisin one!

Summary: A lovely pack of mixed chocolates, delicious!
