Advantages: different flavours, lots of chocolate in one packet

Disadvantages: raisins

I love chocolate particularly Revels as they have different flavours in one packet.

I normally buy the family size packet as you get more in there, the weight is 175g compared to 35g smaller packet.

The packaging is attractive in autumn colour, and as I am an autumn person these colours gain my attention. However, I went to visit a friend who works in the local off licence and while standing in the shop noticed that a new colour had been added to the packet. So now its orange, brown, yellow and purple.

In the left hand corner is a small purple triangle with white writing advertising a new sweet. On the purple band further down the packet is a question mark so I checked the ingredients for a clue to the new flavour, normally you get malteasers, coffee, orange, flat chocolate and toffee, the extra ingrediant is RAISINS.

Opened the packet, spread them out on the table, I didn't count them but approx 8 small sweets raisin shape sweets where there. Tried the first new sweet lots of chocolate round the outside, so I got my chocolate hit, then came the raisin it was a bit chewy and didn't have a very fruity flavour.

To be honest I am not that keen on fruit and I would rather not find them in my packet of Revels but if you like nuts and raisins, with some extra flavours then this new packet is for you.
