==Milka Chocolate with Daim Bar===



After a dash to Morrison's last night for chocolate and a DVD to cheer myself up I saw this Milka bar of chocolate on a special offer. I only ever really eat this chocolate when someone brings it into work and I don't think I have ever bought a bar myself.

The 100 gram bar was on a half price offer for 59 pence, which compared to all the other chocolate bars of this size was very reasonable so for that reason, I snapped two bars up.

The chocolate bar wrapping is rather good and makes you known that there is the Daim bar contained within as the red and blue Daim colourings and logo are splashed over half the front of the wrapper. The other colourings are a light purple and white colours and this all looks really good together.

The smell of the chocolate when I up wrapped the bar was very nice but not overly strong. The sweet aroma was definitely there and a slight whiff of the caramel from the Daim bar was noted. To look at the bar of chocolate looked just like any other. The lovely brown colourings of milk chocolate but from the outside you can't seen the pieces of Daim bar. Each square of chocolate has "milka" written on it and the pieces are of a nice size. There are four squares width ways and six squares length ways so for the price it is definitely a good sized bar.

The taste of the chocolate and Daim is very nice and does work well together. The milk chocolate is very smooth and creamy where as the caramel pieces of the Daim bar give it all an added crunch and sweetness that does give it an added bonus.

The pieces of Daim are rather small but I feel just the right size so that you are not getting them stuck in your teeth or have to do too much crunching.

Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed this chocolate bar and for the price found it to be well worth the money and more. I would probably pay out for the full price if again I was in a chocolate emergency and needed a deliciously sweet and creamy tasting chocolate bar.
