Advantages: Good for cooking, very cheap, tastes quite good.

Disadvantages: Unhealthy, not as good as some other brands.

Morrisons Value Milk Chocolate is only 27p for 100g. The plain blue and yellow outer packaging isn't exactly attractive, but that is to be expected for a cheap, value chocolate, and is paper so can be recycled. The chocolate inside is wrapped in foil, which can be recycled too. This sets it apart from many other brands, as their packaging often can't be recycled, so it is better for the environment.

If you are not put off by the packaging, you will find the actual product is actually quite tasty! Being a lot cheaper, it's obviously not as good as Cadburys, or other premium chocolates, but it is certainly value for money and a lot better than I first expected. After eating around 50g of it, the chocolate does get quite sickly, like other milk chocolate does. The texture of the chocolate is very good, and melts well in the mouth!

The nutritional values per 100g are about average for milk chocolate (around 500 calories per 100g), so it's not really any better for you than the more expensive brands.

This chocolate is not suitable for nut allergy sufferers as it may contain traces of nuts.

In conlusion, besides the unattractive packaging, this product is quite good quality. Being only 27p, it is definitely good value. I would suggest this chocolate is better for use in cooking than just as a snack, but is good value either way.

Summary: A lot better than expected and very good for 27p!
