“ Brand: Nestle / Type: Egg „
Well after going to my local shop, and seeing these prices at 4 for £1, i though why not try them as they were so cheap.
ABIT ABOUT NESTLE
Nestle was founded in 1868, when Henri Nestle set up a sales office in London. In 1901 the first factory was opened Chocolate production however did not start until 1913.
Most of Nestle's brands have been household names for years, which include items such as, Nescafe, Quality Street, Aero, Kit Kat, After Eight, Smarties, And Rolo.
The egg comes in a large wrapper, which is square shaped, so that the oval egg can fit in well. The wrapper does seem rather large, for the egg though and is full of air. Which i suppose is not a bad thing as you wont be purchasing an egg, that has been damaged, as the bag would burst first.
The design of the wrapper is nice, with a picture of the rolo egg on, with red letters going through it simply saying rolo. It also states thats its new on the packet on the right hand side, but i have seen these around for years, so i dont know why it says new.
Also on the packet on the back and sides, is a small description of the egg, nutritional information and the ingredients. It also includes the companys contact details. I will talk about all this at some point in my review.
Now this is pretty high in fats and has loads of ntritional information, i would not even advise one egg if your trying to lose weight.

WHO IS THIS PRODUCT NOT SUITABLE FOR?
People with nut allergys, as there may be traces of nut
Diabetics, i would say this has far too much sugar and sweetener in
It never actually states on the packet if this is suitable for vegetarians.
As soon as i opened this packet, i got a good whiff of chocolate and caramel mixed together, it is a nice smell, and makes you want to eat this egg more.
It smells really sweet, very similar smell as a cadburys creme egg.
The egg is very similar to a normal egg, same shape and size. Inside the egg has a thick layer of chocolate, with just a thin layer of caramel. Unlike cadburys creme egg who has the entire egg filled.
The egg has a very simple design with a few patterns all round it, with the word nestle wrote on either side.
The taste is very nice, very similar to eating a packet of rolos. The taste was more chocolate than caramel, even though the caramel could be tasted, maybe a little more caramel added to it for my liking. I did like the taste though, but it did taste very sweet and could be quite sickly if you ate a few of these at once. These are nice as a one off but not something i could sit and eat alot of.
Now when i bit into the egg, it just seemed to fall apart, maybe would have been better had i refrigerated them. My hands got very sticky as the caramel just oozed out, which i did find very annoying. The eggs should be stuck properly together without having to worry that its going to fall apart and get all over. Which really would not be ideal for young children.
MY PERSONAL VIEWS
I did enjoy the egg, but would not recommend them on a daily basis, they are very fattening, and the sweetness of them can be tasted. You do need to have a pretty sweet tooth to really enjoy the egg. If i had more than one of these i would have felt ill, as it was far too sweet and sickly. Maybe less sugar needs adding to the flavouring of the eggs.
WHY WOULD I RECOMMEND BUYING THESE
Tasty for first few bites
WHY WOULD I NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THESE
Falls apart after one bite
Not enough caramel
