A new poundland has opened up in Newcastle after the other one shut down whilst the redevelop Eldon Square, and I went in the other day for a browse. I noticed that they had four packs of terry's chocolate orange bars, so decided to get a pack to take to work with me, as I usually buy a bar of chocolate at work each shift, and they now ... My husband came from a family that didn't 'do' Christmas stockings. After my first Christmas with him I had a bit of a 'chinny' on me because I didn't get a stocking to open. (Childish? Moi?) My Dad took him to one side and explained the facts of life to him. ie One lumpy stocking full of little nonsenses and a big square ... Read the complete review

I can remember my joy as a child when I realised they did these bars, I was very happy to say the least. They are a bit tricky, I still think the shape of the bar should be changed, you are supposed to be able to bit off a segment at a time but undoubtedly you will end up biting off two by accident as I tend to do! Just the ... Read the complete review

Terrys Chocolate Orange is a smooth creamy chocolate with the subtle yet flavoursome taste of orange infused within the chocolate. The orange flavour is not too sweet and does not overpower the chocolate. The chocolate itself is of a very high standard and is deliciously smooth and rich. You can buy it in a number of ways. ... I absoloutely adore Terry's Chocolate Orange! The superb chocolate blends efforlessly with the bitterweet orange, the flavours beautifully complimenting each other. Although you can buy them in the form of the bars which are pictured above, there is nothing quite like a full Terry's Chocolate Orange. Terry's manufactures their ... Read the complete review

The perfetc combination...chocolate...and orange and the perfect treat if you have had a long day at work. I like the bars as pictured but Terrys is not the same unless its in the big sphere which looks like a orange and you nibble at the segments its so original and makes it taste better somehow. Anyway terrys have done two types ... Read the complete review

If you have read my review of galaxy chocolate you will see i am the first to champion chocolate combined with orange, for me it is the perfect treat. There have been a lot of chocolate orange varieties over the years but none have had the longevity of Terry's, however it's not Terry's its mine. Something i love about this chocolate is ... Terry's Chocolate Orange is probably most famous in the form of a large chocolate orange which comes in a little gift box. If you've never heard of these, they're balls made up of loads of orange flavoured chocolate segments wrapped together in orange foil to look like an orange (as in the fruit). They traditionally come in milk or ... Read the complete review

The Terry's Chocolate Orange (now made by Kraft now that Terry's of York are no more) always makes a great present. It's superbly and brilliantly packaged, so you hardly need to wrap it up. You get an attractively coloured box, with, brilliantly, a peep-hole, through which you can spy, lurking like a real elephant in a room, the ... Read the complete review

The advertising for Terry Chocolate Orange used to tell you to "Tap it Unwrap it" however in my experience it takes more than a light tap to break into this particular orange, more like a good bash and then prising the segments apart to get at that chocolate. Not that I'm complaining because it is well worth the effort as a ... Read the complete review

The polish version of the Terry's chocolate orange is very sickly sweet compared to the original. It seems that they have replaced the natural sugar with a cheap, nasty, alternative synthetic sweetner. Yuck - eastern europian chocolate makers need to go to chocolate school.

Better than sex.... - Advantages: Perfect to fit into your bra or boxers, not only for enhancment, but to sneak into the Movie Theater., The "wack and unwrap" sticker is perfect for genitalia., You can almost convince yourself it's good for you because it's in the shape of an orange. - Disadvantages: If you plant a Terry's chocolate orange, it won't grow a tree (I've found that out the hard way)., Not as good as the chocolate raspberry., The segments are perfect for sharing, so you might just have to.
