If you like Twix biscuits, but not the price of them, then these could be the answer. These are Tesco's version of Twix and are sold in packs of either 4 biscuits, 7 individual biscuits or in multi-packs of 15 individual biscuits. Taste-wise, I can't tell much difference between these and Twix. The caramel is lovely and soft ...  Read the complete review

Tesco Crunchy Caramel Buiscit - Treat Size (188 words)

I started buying Tesco treat sized snacks for the kids as I found the Cadbury bags were getting too expensive for what you got. I prefer buying the treat sized for the kids and it means I can pinch one or two without feeling guilty. This is the Tesco own brand version of Twix and I actually think this is just as good as the real brand ...  Read the complete review

Tesco Crunchy Caramel Biscuit: Cheap Twix Chocolate Bars! (357 words)

These are Tesco's version of a Twix and you can get them in a few different pack sizes, the one I've got is 7 smaller sized bars and they cost £1.00. They're not tiny treat sized chocolate bars but are deffo loads shorter than a standard size Twix, you get 2 in a pack though so that's still plenty of chocolate! lol They're ...  Read the complete review

Not quite as good as the 'real' thing, but nearly! (342 words)

I am always on the look out for ways to reduce the cost of our weekly shop. We all take pack lunches to work and I often stock up on chocolate bars for people to eat to fill them up to last them through till tea time, and as a bit of a treat to be honest. I was plesently surprised when I saw Tesco had started doing their own version of ...  Read the complete review

Tesco Crunchy Caramel Biscuit: SWEET AND SICKLY (351 words)

These are Tesco's version of Twix's and although they were alright, they just weren't quite as good as the brand named ones. You can buy these in a Mini Bar pouch which has the other Tesco versions of Chocolates such as Snickers, Mars Bars, and Bounty's or you can buy them in a Snack Sized pack. In the Snack Sized pack you get 7 of these ...  Read the complete review

A Once in a While Choccy Treat (378 words)

Tesco Crunchy Caramel Biscuit is one of the Tesco own chocolate bars that I've been most impressed with. Price wise, a packet of seven individual snack size bars will set you back £1.06, which is a reasonable 15p per bar. Each bar in these packs comes as a short, twin pack - like a twix that's been cut in half! You can also purchase ...  Read the complete review

Tesco Crunchy Caramel Biscuit: It's Twix Without The Brand Name Or Price Tag (448 words)

I recently reviewed Tesco's Wild & Whippy bars and their Caramel Nougat bars. The first being a very close version of Milky Way, and the latter being a very good replication of Mars. Tesco's Crunchy Caramel Biscuits are next on my list as a great alternative to Twix if you want want to save a few pennies on the branded version. ...  Read the complete review

As good as Twix (172 words)

mmmm... these are yummy. Basically these are a Tesco own brand Twix. They only come in a multipack, and are snack size, but they're big enough to satisfy a chocolate craving and as they are little you save a few calories. Being an own brand of course, these are cheaper than buying Twix and I can't really tell the ...  Read the complete review

Last week my body was longing for something, I was feeling hungry so I got myself some ham and cheese, a real favourite of mine. I ate it but still my body wanted something. Not having had anything sweet for quite sometime (I tend to stick to a low carb diet so biscuits and sweets are normally not on the menu), I started to crave ...  Read the complete review
