***CLARINS BEAUTY FLASH BALM*** **THE SECRET OF INSTANT RADIANCE** I bought this quite a while ago after reading some very good opinions on the product, and after a while the balm kind of got pushed behind some newer items which I bought and placed in my bathroom cabinet. I was sorting this cabinet out the other day, and there it was. I had totally forgotten I had bought this. Now Clarins is not at the cheap end of the market, but I had read how amazing this product is, and decided to try it. It cost me about £25.00 from Debenhams department ... Read the complete review

One of my aunts who used to buy me Clarins hand and nail cream every Christmas or Birthday for about 6 years also bought me Clarins Flash Balm on a few occasions. I loved my aunty dearly but was not mad keen on her choice of skincare. However I'm quite surprised at the review I'm going to write, it certainly isn't the one I intended to. I never really rated flash balm and would often give away the tubes, even in recent years with my skin being more mature and in need of a 'beauty flash'. However after re trying some I had knocking about in a drawer I've been pleasantly surprised at the effect. I still wouldn't buy it myself because of the price (see end or review), .. As I loitered in Boots one day, hovering near the part where all the posh brands have their stands, I was spotted by a sales assistant, who immediately burst into her spiel about how fantastic this Clarins Balm stuff was. Trying to be polite, I humoured her and listened to what she had to say- it was the usual blurb, we've all heard it before. Eventually, I managed to escape, but not before she had thrust a small tester bottle into my hand and encouraged me to give it a go. I stowed the tube in my bag and scurried out of the store. When I got home, I chucked the tube into my make-up bag, where it sunk to the bottom, never to be seen again- or so I thought! A ... Read the complete review

Over recently years my skin has been a burden. I have gone from one product to another in a seemingly endless nomadic search for the perfect skin products. I have even tried going it alone, using just water and a face cloth which served me well in my youth, but doesn't seem so great in my late twenties. I was on www.moneysavingexpert.com and noticed a forum they'd started on Sub-£5 beauty products. Someone mentioned Superdrug Natural High Radiance Balm as a great alternative to the high end Clarins Beauty Flash Balm, but I didn't even know what the Clarins product was and of course went for the cheap option. But when I Googled the real McCoy, it seemed to be a wonder ... Read the complete review

Having been relatively impressed with some Clarins items I was lucky enough to receive at Christmas last year in the form of a gift set, I decided to purchase a (full price!) tube of Replenishing Lip Balm from the Clarins counter whilst out shopping recently and was lucky enough to receive a few miniature samples of their other products to try out. One such freebie was this - Beauty Flash Balm.. *I must just point out for review purposes that though this is a sample it is a complete miniature version of the full size product, and at 15 ml has given enough usages sufficient for a review. The balm comes housed in a tube like vessel and is dressed in ... Read the complete review
