Advantages: Addictive product! You'll wonder how you ever managed without it!

Disadvantages: The price is the only draw back but I think it's worth it, lasts for ages.

This product really works! If you haven't tried it, get to a Clarins counter and give it a go. It's amazing!

It's a lovely smelling cream that acts as a base for your make-up. Cleanse and moisturise your face as normal then just before you apply your make-up slap on a bit of flash balm. You're supposed to apply your make-up immediately but I have to say I don't find it makes a great deal of difference if you leave it a minute or two.

It holds your make up and honestly makes a visible, instant difference to your appearance, your skin glows and looks radiant! I kid you not!

It's not the cheapest product ever, ranges from around 18 to about 25 but you hardly need to use any at all so it lasts for months. A sound investment. I can't not use it now.

I don't wear a lot of make-up and it still works for me. I usually skip foundation but need a bit of concealer, YSL touche eclat and a bit of powder, the Clarins beauty flash balm makes all the difference!

A useful little tip - if you're skin is looking a little tired use the flash balm as a face mask. Slap it on all over, best if you're in a steamy bath, leave it on for at least ten minutes, you'll need cotton wool to remove it but it leaves your skin baby soft and glowing for days!

Summary: Amazing must-have product! Worth the money. Adds an instant glow. Perfect for hangover skin!
