Advantages: Flawless Coverage

Disadvantages: Expensive

Product
---------------------

Tinted Facial moisturiser by Clarins Paris in Peche. Claims that it will provide a luminous radiant even coverage while moisturising and enhancing the complexion of the skin. Also helps to minimises wrinkles and mild imperfections too. Ideally suited to those with a paler skin. This was one one of the reasons i chose it to try out as a lot of foundations for paler skins can look a bit orange.

Packaging
----------------------

Comes with an outer box and an insert which lists its ingredients and tells you how to apply the product. The tinted moisturiser comes in a white plastic squeezy container just like any regular foundation except it has gold trim. A bit disappointing as you would expect it to look a bit more expensive as it has the Clarins name. Product name on the front also printed in French too.

How To Apply
---------------------

Instructions for use are to apply in the morning to the face and neck using light sweeping movements. Or just like you would apply any other foundation really!!!I would however suggest that it would be beneficial to put your normal face cream on first particularly if you are like me and have dry skin. It makes the application process smoother and prevents uneven areas where there are patches of dry skin.

Results
--------------------

For best results use sparingly. It does what it says it will do and provides a lovely finish. Coverage is flawless and minor imperfections are covered up well. (Very small facial blemishes). This apparently at the time of writing is the lightest shade in this range. Can't comment on the wrinkle coverage as unfortunately I don't have any!!!Yet!!!! Don't use too much because the sun-kissed glow that you get from this product can turn slightly orange. In this case left is definitely more.

Advantages
-----------------

Well suited to those with a paler complexion if used sparingly. (one tube lasts a good couple of months). Readily available both online and at beauty counters in major department stores. Probably better to purchase here as the counter staff will be able to match your skin with the correct tint for your complexion. Easy application. One coverage lasts all day so no need for touch-ups. It also dries very quickly so no hanging about waiting to put make-up on afterwards. It does not rub off and stain your shirt collars etc. Comes in a variety of shades so you are sure to find one that matches your skin tone.

Disadvantages
----------------------

Initially on application this product smells a bit odd. (only for a few seconds though). I'm not quite sure why because once it settles down it is very fresh and pleasant. This product only comes in 50ml size and is extremely expensive. However I suppose this is to be expected when paying for the Clarins name. If you put too much on with a pale complexion like mine then you have to take it all off and start again.

Overall Rating
---------------------

Generally recommended for its flawless coverage and ability to cover small blemishes. Leaves skin feeling soft and hydrated with a sun-kissed look. Pleasant smell once it settles. Would recommend however expensive for what it is.

Summary: Lovely Sun-Kissed Glow
