Through revisiting some of my hoard of Clarins skin care while writing reviews I have discovered that this brand which I once thought was old fashioned and over hyped is actually really good. My aunty would buy any Christmas or birthday gifts for me from this brand, but it's only as I've become older that I've really started to appreciate the quality of the products. Looking at their website (http://www.clarins.co.uk/ ) will show you what an ethical ethos they have. They are committed to sustainability, giving back to communities and they have a strong stance against animal testing, using only plant derived products in their ranges. All this has served to make me much Read the complete review

I am a huge fan of Clarins skincare products but the same can't be said for their make-up range. I have tried a few of their make-up products over the years and have mostly found them to be average with the exception of a few which I liked. The everlasting foundation is one that I liked but only bought the once as I didn't think it was good enough to warrant its price tag. It costs £24 a bottle which I don't mind paying but for this I want it to be perfect and unfortunately whilst the everlasting foundation was good it was let down by a few little niggles. Finding the correct shade was easy enough as it comes in quite a large selection of shades ... Read the complete review

Being a huge make up fan I was delighted when my OH aunt walked through the door with a box of make up and offered it to me, of course I didn't refuse and was soon upstairs rumaging through all the make up, I was shocked to see that most of it was very expensive, Clinique, Dermalogica, Clarins! Estee Lauder..I couldn't wait to try out everything because I know that with some products you really do get what you pay for. £24.00. Yes, very expensive when you think about how much I usually pay, £7.00! and you get 30ml, same as my usual foundation, its shocking the prices of some foundations, but again I was excited to be using this. Again if you would like ... Read the complete review

I like foundation for fixing and covering my imperfections leaving my skin blemish and blotch free. Foundation is one of the most important part of my make up regime yet its something i struggle with. I have tried many foundations since my teen years, No7 Max factor and Maybelline were firm favourites in the past but as the years went on i also grew fond of the more expensive make up brands such as Mac and Clarins. I was desperate to try the Clarins everlasting foundation and after establishing what colour suited my skin with help from the beauty therapist i made the purchase. Clarins everlasting foundation costs £24.99 , you can buy it from Debenhams, ... Read the complete review

I love this foundation, I bought it online for £19 after trying a tester and I just love it! It's packaging is as pictured above and it has a pump action top, which I like because I don't have to worry about squeezing too much out. One pump seems to cover my whole face and sometimes I wear it blended with moisturiser so it becomes just a tinted moisturiser for when i want a bit less coverage. The texture of this foundation is really light and non-greasy and it smells delicious, a bit like watermelon. It didn't look caked on when I used it, just a nice glow and what is more it lasted all day, still looking good and not needing a touch up when I ... Read the complete review
