I am a perfectionist when it comes to looking after my hair, skin and nails and I don't mind paying over the odds for a treatment, cream or lotion as long as it is going to be worth the money. I am very much a believer in that you get what you pay for and more often than not I strive to pay for the best because it makes me feel good about myself and if I am looking good I am feeling happy. As well as looking after my hair, which to me is my prized asset, I like to look after my skin after all there is no point in having lovely luscious locks if my skin resembles that of Freddie Kruger. So I do have a skin regime which involves weekly face masks, moisturising, ... Read the complete review

This is definately the moisturiser for you if you have oily/ combination skin that is currently suffering from dehydation because of the bad weather and central heating, etc. Even though I have oily skin, my face always gets dry patches on the cheeks during the winter and shortly after the bad weather stops. Usually I reach for the thickest cream for dry skin that I can get my hands on but this is soooo wrong and will only bring you out in spots and weigh down skin that allready has problems balancing its oil levels. What we dehydated skins need is water not oil. I find that any moisturiser with "hydra" on it, eg. hydrafresh, sorts out the problem. The ... Read the complete review

*I'm a bit of a Clarins stalwart so forgive me for bias!* If you are like me, you will often find moisturisers a bit heavy, and I hate that shiny face feeling when you have applied too much and it hasn't been absorbed. That's all a thing of the past now though since I found this lotion. Clarins Hydration Plus moisture lotion is a very light and non-greasy moisturiser. As its name suggests it is a milk-like lotion rather than a thick cream. Unlike some of the more traditional creams, which seem to be aimed at older skin, it is absorbed quickly and leaves no greasy residue. However, it leaves your face feeling moisturised to perfection! ... Read the complete review

I got this product in a travel pack on a plane and as I've found a little goes a long, long way. The lotion is easily absorbed and leaves the skin feeling really soft and smooth without the horrible greasiness that a lot of moisturisers leave behind. Although I have greasy skin I have found that this product leaves the skin feeling fresh and does not overload your skin like many of the thicker moisturisers often do. It leaves you skin feeling great all day and the fact that it contains a sunscreen is a very appealing factor. However this is not a cheap moisturiser at around £20 for 50ml. I absolutely adore this product but ... Read the complete review

I must admit to not buying this product I had a free sample when they have their bonus time. At the time I was working in a call centre and found that my face was always dry and my skin looked awful, I used to apply this in the morning and whilst in work, it has a lovely smell and is very runny, It worked well on my skin, it might have been a psychological thing but I really did feel like my skin was instantly hydrated like it had just been given water, my skin was amazing after use and felt very smooth. It costs over £20 but it is well worth it for what it does expecially if you work in a place that has no air conditioning ... Read the complete review
