This is the most gentle eye makeup remover I have ever used.

***Advantages***
What is so great is that it is so gentle yet it is so thorough and even gets rid of waterproof mascara (it claims that it only removes light to normal eye makeup, however I wear liquid eye liner and several coats of waterproof mascara and occasionally eye shadow and it removes the lot).
It is also oil-free which is a plus because I hate getting that horrible residue from eye makeup removers and most eye makeup removers which remove waterproof mascara contain oil.

It also conditions the lashes as well as refreshing the eyelids.
It is ophthalmologist tested meaning it can be used on the eyes and it is so gentle that even sensitive contact lens wearers can use it.

***Bottle***
The bottle is blue with a screw cap and it has a very small hole to pour it out of (but it is great because it is not such a big hole that you waste it by accident).

***How to apply***
Just half soak a cotton pad and gently sweep it over the eyelids without rubbing it. One pad is enough for both eyes.

***Ingredients***
Rose water softens the eye area, Cornflower water soothes and refreshes the eyes and protein conditions the lashes to strengthen them.

***Would I recommend it?***
I certainly would and if you purchase other Clarins products it is worth waiting for their gifts (which are very frequent from one of their stockists: House of Fraser, Boots, Debenhams). You usually get to choose around 4 half size products as the free gift from selected items and this eye makeup remover is usually in the selected items, so basically you could get two whole free bottles of it (that's if the sales assistant is nice enough to let you have all the same gifts). Clarins is also one of the only companies that continually has a massive selection of samples of all their products.... If a Clarins sale assistant says they haven't got any samples of it they're lying, they do! So that is a great way to try it out!
