Clarins Toning Lotion for Combination / Oily Skins is a gem of a product. How can you be enthusiastic about a Toner?? Well, if you've tried some of those which dry your skin out horribly, you will love the gentle, tender touch of this toner. I use it in conjunction with the Clarins Gentle Foaming Cleanser (or occasionally the Melt Gel) and follow it up with the Multi Active Day or Night Cream. I have normal / comb / sensitive skin and this skin care regime keeps it under control. If I deviate away from any of these products, my skin protests.

At around £14 per bottle, it may seem a little pricey, however, as with all the other Clarins products that I use, it does last a long time. I regularly go for Clarins facials too and a really nice touch is that they warm the toner by placing the bottle in a bowl of hot water so that when it is applied it smells divine and feels really comforting on your skin. A nice wee touch for doing an at-home facial.

Summary: Lovely toner for sensitive/combination skin.
