I started using All About Eyes in the run up to my wedding, so about 2 and a half years ago now.

All About Eyes was recommended by the Clinique girls at the counter in my local department store, so I thought I'd give it a try. The standard size tub cost £20.00 (15ml), which works out at £13.33 per 10ml.

I started using it along with my 3 Step system from Clinique and would apply All About Eyes around my eyes after using the clarifying lotion but before the moisturiser gel. It is recommended that you apply it after the moisturising gel, but that is just my preference.

It felt very light and fresh on application, the cream going on very easily and it soaked in fast meaning you can carry on with the rest of your facial routine without having to wait for the cream to dry. The soft and silky feeling continued all day and I did find it refreshing and cooling to apply in the evenings after a long day, soothing my tired eyes.

After applying the cream, if you wear eye make-up, I found that eye shadow would last a lot longer than wearing eye shadow without using the cream. I'm a country lass, and primers (is that the right word?) etc. are way beyond me so using All About Eyes was like killing 2 birds with one stone - a good eye cream and a great base for eye make-up!

The tub lasted for ages (a good 5 to 6 months) and the £20.00 tub is good value for money in comparison to other eye creams on the market. It didn't dry out and even the last few applications in the pot were as smooth as the first, unlike some other creams after a similar time of use.

As well as reducing dark circles, it also tackles puffy eyes. And it really does work! After crying, my eyes tend to get quite puffy and red, which then irritates my contacts. So I apply a bit of the cream once I've calmed down and the puffiness will go down much faster than if I hadn't applied the cream.

I would recommend this cream to anyone looking for a fresh and light eye cream. As long as you don't expect miracles you will find this a fantastic addition to your beauty routine.
