Having never tried a Clinique product before I was little bit hesitant would it work with my skin? Is it worth the money? However I was given a free sample to try by the lady at my local counter & thought 'why not it's free!'

'All About Eyes' is a cream-gel eye product, which is supposed to reduce puffiness, dark circles and lines. You only need small blob for it to be effective thus making a fairly high value product more reasonable priced. The cream does glide on easily and does leave your skin very smooth with an almost 'velvety' feel to it. The great thing I found was that it didn't irritate my eyes (or my contact lenses for that matter) and certainly made it easier to apply my powder eye shadow, which, did last longer than normal on my oily eyelids but not indefinitely (as some reviews in beauty magazines have promoted) having used this product for six months now .Yes I succumbed and bought a full-size version

Unfortunately if you are buying this product to diminish dark circles then you will be disappointed (as I was) as far as I can see without my contacts, it hasn't made any difference what so ever.

Interestingly when I ran out recently of my nighttime moisturiser I used this instead and it worked really well! Reducing my usual first thing in the morning redness to a hint of blush and causing no irritation to my skin whatsoever. I've noticed that Clinique have now brought out a gel-cream moisturiser of similar consistency to this called 'Moisture Surge' which would work out far cheaper than using the 15ml £20 pot of this stuff.

'Eye' would say that if you can get hold of a sample of this then do try it, as it is an excellent eye cream that causes no greasiness or irritation on a very oily-combination skin. However if you are looking for a product that will diminish dark circles that I would say save your money & buy a good concealer.
