Thankfully I don't suffer from spots too often.... but when that party is coming up you know that suddenly you are gonna have a little friend at the end of your nose or in between your eyebrows.

HAving tried loads of direct-to-the-spot treatments, I found that most of them left that area of skin very dry, and the spot was still prominent. So now I have a red and flaky friend - nice!

Then whilst in New York last year I came across Clinques Anti-blemish solutions night time gel. As I was paying half the price I would be in the UK, and I was on holiday, I decided to give it a go!

What a great buy! The UK price is £13.50 - ouch! But it is truly worth every penny. You simply apply to the area prone to spots or the spot itself before bedtime, and when you wake up the spot is significantly reduced or completely gone and no dry flaky skin in sight! You only need a small amount of product so the tube lasts a long time, mine is over half full still from April! The gel is easy to apply and drys quickly, you may experience a slight tingling sensation, but that means it's working! It also has a slight clinical-antibacterial smell as with all anti blemish products, but it is not unpleasant.
