I have tried a few of Clinique's products before in the past, normally just the trial eye shadows and mascaras that come in those gift packs but never use Clinique Colour Surge before and I must say the quality of this makeup is excellent, but then it should be for the rrp of £22.00. I know that sounds like a lot of money, but it does really show with the quality. ****About the Product**** Clinique Colour Surge Eye Shadow Quad is a powder based eye shadow that comes in various colours, Spicy, Polar Blue, Plum Seduction, Chocó-Latte and Bamboo Pink. You get 4 eye shadows in one compact. The packaging is wonderful sleek, with eye ... Read the complete review

Clinique Colour Surge Eye Shadow Quad I quite like neutral colours for eye shadow and I like to collect pinks and browns to then mix with beiges. I also like a bit of dazzle so occasionally go for shinier colours or silvers and mix between MAC/Clinique and Urban Decay. I don't often buy eye shadows as I find they tend to last me quite a while too as I a not a heavy eye shadow wearer. Why Clinique I have many Clinique products including foundation, mascara, eyeliner and lip-gloss. I like Clinique products because they seem to suit my sensitive skin and are allergy tested and 100% fragrance free. Clinique is a good quality ... Read the complete review

*Introduction* Clinique Colour Surge Eye Shadow Quad was the first 'expensive' type of make up that I'd bought. I'd borrowed a few of my mum's eye shadows and decided that the quality of them was a great deal better than what I had been buying and it lasted a lot longer. I set about in my search to buy an eye shadow set that had a combination of pinks and browns. I found myself buying Clinique Colour Surge Eye Shadow Quad in pink chocolate after several discussions with the lady behind the Clinique counter I decided to try this product. *About the Product* The Clinique Colour Surge Eye Shadow Quad contains 4 silky, ... The above picture shows the exact palette I own - it was a gift for Christmas, and my first designer makeup. Having dark hair this colour palette is very versatile for me, but there is a wide selection of quad palettes providing choice for every skintone, style, and eyecolour. I discovered this eyeshadow prior to discovering eyeshadow primer, and the colour lasted very well on bare skin despite my oily skin and busy days. The powder is loaded with colour and gorgeously silky to apply, easy to create subtle and dramatic smokey looks. This proved a very worthwhile item in my staple makeup collection, and can be worn day and night due to the range of complimenting ... Read the complete review

The Clinique Colour Surge Eye Shadow Quad is a good product. I own the 101 teddy bear quad and the colours are really natural and perfect for day time looks. The pallete consists of a very light beige colour, a neutral colour, a light brown colour and a dark brown colour. The colours work really well together and the light beige and beige colour are really good for day time looks, as they are so light. The two darker colours I use for night time, with black eyeliner and black mascara and they work well with my fair skin. The colours seem to blend into the eye socket really well. you can wear the eye shadow for most of the daytime without having to re-apply. The ... Read the complete review
